I love my cats. Growing up, I’d never had a cat and when my first came to me, I didn’t know what to expect. What I discovered is that she touched every part of my life including my music. She inspired song after song. When I carried her around the house, discovering all its nooks and crannies, we wrote a song. When she ate, another song came. When she slept or played, more and more. A few months went by and I realized she needed brothers and sisters, and when they came along, they inspired more music and words and love. These feline folk songs are for cats and their people, including adults, kids, and other critters.
